When Do I Need Northwest Connections?
If you or someone you love is threatening immediate harm to themselves or others, severely disoriented, behaviorally out of control, hearing voices, paranoia, confusion, etc., then please call 888-552-6642 immediately.

How Does Northwest Connections Help in an Emergency Crisis?
Northwest Connections utilizes the least restrictive measures necessary to keep the person and others safe in order to ensure their rights and individual freedoms are upheld while still meeting their care and support needs. The least restrictive outcomes include one or more of the following:
- Receive information to pass on to the county for follow-up
- Provide resources
- Remain at home independently
- Remain at home independently with stabilization phone calls
- Creation of a community plan with a support person (in a person’s home or another support person’s home)
- Voluntary admission to a crisis stabilization bed (each county's availability of this varies)
- Voluntary admission to an inpatient psychiatric facility
- Emergency detention (involuntary admission to an inpatient psychiatric facility)
